AgentReach provides fully managed email marketing services. We write, design, and send professional newsletters directly through your existing Mailchimp account. Once we begin work on your campaigns, our team allocates time and resources specifically to your account.
Monthly Subscriptions: All AgentReach services are billed monthly as recurring subscriptions.
Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your client portal. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
No Prorated Refunds: We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months. Your service remains active until the end of your current billing period.
Work-Based Service: Because we provide personalized, done-for-you marketing services that require immediate team allocation and work, payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
7-Day Grace Period: If you cancel within 7 days of your initial signup AND before we've delivered your first newsletter, we'll provide a full refund.
Service Issues: If we fail to deliver your agreed-upon newsletters due to issues on our end, we'll extend your service period to make up for the missed delivery or provide account credits.
Unlimited Revisions: We provide unlimited revisions during the creation process to ensure your newsletters meet your standards.
Approval Process: Once you approve final content, no additional revisions are included for that campaign.
Quality Commitment: While we don't guarantee specific marketing results (as many factors affect email performance), we guarantee professional-quality deliverables that reflect your expertise.
Mailchimp Integration: We work through your existing Mailchimp account. Technical issues with Mailchimp's platform don't warrant refunds, but we'll help troubleshoot and may extend service if delivery is significantly delayed.
Onboarding: Failure to complete our onboarding questionnaire doesn't qualify for refunds, but we can pause your service until you're ready to proceed.
We encourage open communication about any concerns. Contact our support team before considering payment disputes, as we're committed to resolving issues fairly.
Payment Disputes: Initiating a credit card dispute may result in immediate service suspension and account closure.
