Acceptance of Terms
By using AgentReach.ca, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our website or services. We may update these terms, and your continued use means you accept the changes.
You’re responsible for keeping your account secure and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must provide accurate access to your Mailchimp or other third-party accounts (like your brokerage’s CRM) so we can design and create content for you.
Before we send out any newsletter or campaign, you’ll review and approve the content. You’ll typically have 3-15 days to say it looks good before it goes live. If you don’t approve it in time, it might delay or cancel the campaign.
We design and create content for your campaigns, but you’re responsible for ensuring it follows Mailchimp’s policies, your brokerage’s rules, or any other third-party guidelines. We’re not liable if your campaign violates these policies—though we’ll do our best to minimize those risks.
Our services run on a monthly subscription, billed automatically through Stripe. You can cancel anytime via your monthly billing invoice or by emailing [email protected]. If you cancel mid-cycle, you won’t get a refund unless we haven’t done any work that period. “Work” means creating design drafts or dedicating hours to your account.
We can suspend or terminate your account if you don’t pay or misuse our services. “Misuse” is up to us to define but includes things like breaking third-party rules or harming our business.
Our website content—like text, logos, and graphics—belongs to AgentReach.ca. But any custom content or designs we make for you become yours once you’ve paid in full.
We’re not responsible for any damages—like lost profits or data—from using our services. We don’t guarantee everything will be perfect, but we’ll work hard to make it great.
If there’s an issue, let’s talk first—reach out to us at [email protected]. If we can’t sort it out, we’ll try mediation in Alberta, Canada, before heading to court.
These terms follow Alberta, Canada laws and apply to all users, even as we plan to expand to the US. Any disputes will be handled in Alberta courts.
These terms cover all our current services and anything new we roll out—like social media support or other digital marketing tools—keeping things flexible as we grow.
We’re focused on Canadian clients right now, but these terms will apply wherever you’re based as we expand.
